You may visit a Registered Colon Hydrotherapist with confidence. To be on the Register a therapist must either have been trained and experienced in orthodox medicine (e.g. doctor, dentist or nurse) or have satisfactory training in anatomy and physiology and considerable training and experience in a body-based complementary therapy other than colonic therapy.

Subsequently they will have been trained at one of the approved (and inspected) Colonic Hydrotherapy training colleges. The premises of therapists are inspected prior to their admission to the Register and these are periodically re-inspected.

My experience; Chapter 1

I am delighted to add today, 11th October 2005; I went along to Body Peace and started treatment for Colonic Hydrotherapy and was immensely surprised at the ease of mind that their professional team apply to the services. You are greeted with a very friendly and soothing atmosphere and fully informed on all procedures throughout. Being a little apprehensive, quite naturally I think, my first session was an enormous release and look forward to continuing the treatment to clear end.

The Clinic is maintained spotless throughout and use the most modern and sophisticated equipment, so you can be assured your hygiene and welfare are protected at all times as is also your modesty.

I also had Iridology consultancy, which gave an insight to hidden ailments and weaknesses in the body and so was advised on how to overcome some of these issues.

Returning home and feeling quite good with myself, I weighed in and saw that although not all of the first irrigation had fully released, I had lost 3lb in weight and my body-fat level had reduced by 4%. I will continue to update this page as treatment continues.

My experience; Chapter 2

18th October, and back for my second Colonic Hydrotherapy and the Biology Stress Test... WOW! What a difference. The movements were significantly better than last time and what an after feeling of lightness in body and mind... I really don't know why I never started this treatment long ago when I first thought of it!

Following this second Hydrotherapy, was the balance of the original package left from last week and that was for Biology Stress plus Vitamin & Mineral Test. Using a highly sophisticated gadget, I was tested for tolerances of foods and minerals... I was most surprised at the results; while I believed that some of the things I liked and gorged at, were actually upsetting my body's balance and were actually doing me more harm than good. It was not the matter as we may think, well, the beer or two, or  chocolate or cheese/milk products, but the daft topics of Lettuce, Garlic and my favourite coconut! Then there was the results of the minerals, which left a gap on some vitamins. So, off to redesign my shopping list and re-stock the shelves.

My experience; Chapter 3

25th October, back in for Colon Hydrotherapy No.3 and a major difference again... Loads of movement and what a relief! Have I won the Lottery... NO! ... Why do I feel so good and happy? ... The treatment is working and making a huge difference to my well-being and my life in general... A big thank you to the "Body Peace Bodies:" Irena, Ron, Penny, Michelle & Terrie... What great movers... Between them, they have moved Mole-Hills and Mountains and even my Volcano and improved my vision of mind... You have made my life feel wonderful... If I could afford it, I would come back every week forever! ... Still; in the meantime, I will be back next week for Session No.4. I am now also looking into some of the other treatments they have available, so if I experience those, I will of course update again here.

My Experience; Chapter 4

1st November, returning for No.4. This treatment far beyond any previous has passed a great deal of old solids and almost to the end of this session of colonics. What a wonderful surprise on return home, that the weigh back was reduced by 4lb... YES... 4 POUNDS! That's overall so far, a difference of 11lbs! ... My next treatment is not for sometime now and my work schedule is increased, but as soon as I can return to treatments, I will update here... See you soon!
